[US] Do not order from Cocooninnovations.com I can't believe it finally happened, but I got got by a fraudulent site. This backpack company showed up in a Google search while I was looking for a nice daily bag and I was so blinded by my hatred of having to dig through loose stuff in the bottom of my bag that I didn't look very far at it. It seemed perfect. They promise a turnaround of a couple days and included free shipping. I ordered on April 7th and received nothing. This morning, they charged me again. Now I have to go to the bank and see if there's anything I can do.
