I placed two online orders with Custom Spins via their website Customspins.com. I paid for priority shipping. The first order was placed 3 weeks ago, and the second was placed 2 weeks ago. I was told that I would receive email notification when the items shipped, but never got a message. I sent a message to their customer support email address with no response. I sent a private message to the company via Facebook. The "rep" said I'd get an email with updated information about shipping with the option for a refund. No such email materialized.
