I purchased a pair of boots from the website www.glamorors.com. The same boots can still be seen online at https://glamorors.com/products/pointed-toe-rhinestone-boots the boots pictured have a black heel, and red sole. The boots I received are completely different. The boots I received have a brown heel and a rubber black sole. I contacted the seller the same day I got the boots. I wanted to return them using their 30 day free return policy. Instead I received multiple emails offering me 10% back, 20%, then 25% back. I was told that I should understand that this is how they make their living. I am attaching a pdf of the emails. I even offered to deliver the return myself and I was then told that the house listed on the package was not theirs and that they are overseas.
