HSI Debt Collectors Authenticity? I recieved a bill from a debt collection agency for an overdue hospital bill... The body of the letter seemed like a bunch of inconsequential jargon and at the bottom of the page, there was a section with instructions on how to mail them the payment. They are called HSI and this is the first google result: http://www.hsifin.com/payment Is this legit?
