They continued charging $50/month to my Visa card without authorization. When I emailed demanding a refund, they claimed their system did not register my cancellation. When I warned I would file a fraud report, they charged an additional $50 outside the normal billing cycle within 24 hours — apparent retaliation. Their support email uses a non-existent domain (trendoutletbrands.com). They have no phone number, no social media, and their website contains Lorem ipsum placeholder text.
