I placed an order through Tivalook.com which said it was through TikTok. It was fake, it’s not on my TikTok shop, I was never sent an email confirmation but I did take a screenshot of my order and that it shows the order was placed. At first I could “see tracking” but it was never updated. It have been since 3/11/26. No clothes, no emails, the website is gone and there is no way to reach out. I went to the tivalook website from tiktok and purchased multiple items which i was given a tracking number when i contacted them by email. The tracking number always said in transit until the last week when it change to delivered but i have never received any packages. I tried to email them again but got no response.
