On facebook marketplace, I was shopping for a kayak. I clicked on a product/ad and was redirected to wayfair imposter. The Kayak was on a sale but only for a few more minutes, there was a count down timer running. I quickly made the purchase via paypal.com. Once I made the purchased, I realized that the website was not wayfair.com but topdealspace.com. They made their website look identical to wayfair.com. I reported the incident immediately to paypal.com as a scam to get a refund. Paypal did not refund the money and opened an investigation. The scammer sent fake shipping information so paypal will not give me a refund. They did not send anything, I received nothing and I ahve informed paypal. But they sided with the scammer because they sent fake shipping information. Paypal is letting these scammers get a way with this. I am writing this to product others. If you google topdealspace.com and the word "scam". A lot of websites confirm that they are a scam. Paypal is protecting them for some reason so I am hoping this post will project others when paypal will not and continues to let them remian on their platform scamming others.
