I purchased 2 hats from their website nearly 3 months ago and they still have yet to be shipped out. They've given me the runaround at every opportunity. First the hats weren't in stock (despite being labeled as ready to ship on their site), then they had manufacturing errors, then my shipping address was wrong (except it wasn't), then there were more manufacturing issues, then a shipping label was created but it never went anywhere (still hasn't), and now finally there was an issue with payment (after I disputed the transaction with my financial institution). These people are running a scam where you pay for reduced price hats AND they sneak in a monthly subscription with it. They have 3 different websites, each with different stock: 1. vip.astrobargain.com/collections/hats 2. belicohatsofficial.com 3. get.belicohatsofficial.com I've attached the entirety of our e-mail exchange in a single thread.
