I purchased a jacket off an ad I saw through Instagram. At first the website attempted to double order the one jacket, which I immediately caught and said no to second jacket charge and they ultimately refunded. After receiving said jacket, it was not the jacket pictured on website. The link to advertisement of jacket (https://watsonandcarter.com/products/valerie) and picture of what I received attached. Jacket isn’t same color, no cuffs, different buttons, material look entirely different (said made of quality materials, but is 100% polyester) when I went to look at there 30 day guarantee of return it says I have to pay almost $50 to return with no real guarantee of refund to Asia with no listed return address. I must request return address and then trust they will refund after mailing back. I feel at a loss and stupid for buying and trusting ad on Instagram.
