I purchased a pair of boots from Bootique website (wearbootique.com) that looked like they were from a reliable company advertised on social media. They use the shopify app so I thought it was legit. I paid and a few days later I received an email with a fake tracking number. The tracking number was not identified with DHL, UPS. USPS, or FEDEX. I contacted them saying it had been two weeks I have not received my product or a real tracking number, requesting a full refund. They told me they could not refund AND THAT IT WOULD BE COMING IN 2-3 MORE WEEKS!!! ....I HAD TO CONTACT MY BANK. That means that the item if ever sent to me would have ever come it would have been over 1month to 1-1/2 months after the day I ordered. 4-6 weeks if ever??? Buyers beware!!!!!
