Fake loan offer at low interest rate for 100k or below. Averaging 9 calls per day from same people. Sometimes they dial long enough to leave voicemail, but not long enough to answer phone. I receive multiple phone calls per day to my cell phone number from various area codes (844, 833, 888, 866, 855, 877) that all redirect to the same callback number, "877-419-6664". Each call, whether I screen it to voicemail or answer it, leaves the same voicemail message around 5, to up to 23, times per day, every day, which reads, "You can reach us at *877-419-6664*. This message is from the loan department. We have a pending offer of $70,000 in the form of an unsecured loan. Your monthly payment is estimated to be $400. To speak with a team member, please press two. To be added to our do not call list please press 9. Give me a call back today if you can at *315-215-8043* Just to repeat *315-215-8043*. Talk soon." Sometimes the voicemail will provide other "315" callback numbers as well, such as: 315-215-8037, ***-***-8020, ***-***-8010, etc. I have pressed 9 to be removed from their system with no success. I have spoken to a person by calling the callback numbers and have alerted them that my phone number being called is a CELL phone number, which is illegal to cold-call, and have asked to be removed, which either prompts them to hang up on me or say I will be removed, but it is never successful. I never provide my name or other identifying/personal information during these calls. I do not recall when these calls began, but they are increasing in number. company constantly calls me daily for the past 2 years using spoof numbers and leaving messages none stop trying to set up a loan application that I never applied for. it appears they are extracting contact info from bankruptcy proceedings as the point of contact is not me, but used my phone number. i've asked numerous times to be removed and they still keep calling with the same recorded message. numerous links on website also shows this company in lawsuits for violation of the TCPA [BBB Scam Type: Advance Fee Loan] [Business: Better Debt Solutions LLC Impostor D] [Location: CA, USA- 92886]
