his company has already been reported by me for "PAY NOW" language threatening behavior, including false statements about arrest and suspension of my driver’s license. Since my initial complaint, their conduct has escalated. They are now contacting third parties, specifically the owner of the vehicle involved in the alleged incident, and discussing or attempting to collect this debt through them. This behavior is extremely concerning and appears to violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, which restricts third-party communications and prohibits disclosure of debt information to anyone other than the consumer. Additionally, the company has sent multiple letters under different names and formats, creating confusion and raising concerns about deceptive or fraudulent practices. I formally request:- An investigation into this company’s practices- That they cease all unlawful contact, including contacting third parties- Verification of the legitimacy of this debt and the collector’s authority also request that all future communication be in writing only.I am recovering from serious health issues and am under financial hardship. This ongoing harassment is causing significant stress and harm. Thank you for your attention to this matter. .css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webkit-flex-basis:auto;-m [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: National Service Bureau Inc Date Rep] [Location: OH, USA- 44125]

I received a text from 316-263-1051 and talked to someone I couldn't understand so they turned me over to Daniel. They are from the Midwest Service Bureau in Wichita, KS. They talked to me about a service I had 3 years ago at Missouri Baptist Hospital. The information they gave me was partially true but they said I owe them $1,290 and gave them a $100 deposit which is not true. The bottom line says that I owe them $1,190 and did I want to put it on my credit card. I said no. Then I called BBB to report it. My brother was involved in an accident that he wasn’t at fault in. I’m not sure what’s happening but they keep bringing up the date of the incident and asking for him. But they keep calling MY phone. My brother doesn’t have my number listed anywhere with his name tied. And they keep calling from different numbers.
