Impersonation Scams
Reports from people targeted by scammers using TJC Mortgage, Inc.'s name.
I've gotten 2 final notice letters with two different Customer/Owner numbers, with 2 different phone numbers, and two different expiration dates. One is signed by Program Director "Andy Perkins" who I'm sure does not exist. This company has used "Quicken LNS INC" and "TJC Mortgage" as their "Secured BY" companies. They are affiliated by, nor endorsed by either. The two numbers they list to call are, 1-888-508-7913, 1-888-336-7048. I received the first around April 8th, and the second on April 23rd. The fine print at the bottom states, "Home Shield USA is not affiliated with your current mortgage holder. Florida License G202409".
