On 3/12/2026, i contacted this YES LAWYER online firm seeking a employment wrongful termination and ADA discrimination case, I spoke with a intake man name Paul. Paul took down all necessary information to create a case for for lawyers to look at to see if they would accept case, Paul stated that they would file my case also with the EEOC for .discrimination which was never done. I was told that the lawyers will look at my documents within 24hrs. On March 16, 2026, I sent called Yes Lawyers to see what was going on. The phone rang a AI assistant answered said let me transfer your call. The phone rung it went to a man's message stating you had received YL leave a message, It cut off. This YES LAWYER website states they are open 24/7. So I sent a email. On 3/17/2026 I received a message from someone named Janna suppose to be a paralegal. She stated that my case is active and that I had been assigned a lawyer named Asukwo Mendie Archibong. Janna also sent a message I guess to whoever she was dealing with a AI message stating that I am questioning the identity of the company. I sent an email back asking why is it when I googled and bought up Asukwo Mendie Archibong it does noy show a picture ir he has no reviews . It also states he handles Corporate Law, Labour and Employment Law, Litigation. I then received a phone call from phone number (202)318-3102. A man stated that they are Capital Right Law. I was then told my lawyer Asukwo Mendie Archibong was ready to send a demand letter to my employer. I replied" How is your lawyer sending a demand letter for me and no one or this attorney has contacted me. Then he went on to ask me for the owners email. He was rambling off a email saying the same name together he had no clue. I told him I do not have the email.
