Individual, named Carter Simmons, called my CELL phone, Friday, 30 January 2026 (exact time not remember but before one PM as I had an appointment @ that time. He said his organization was a member of the BBB; did not name his organization but had a certificate, He said he was was calling regarding CLAIM # US117. He had my name, my phone #, my spouse's name, and our address already. He said he was from the FDIC, was legit and I as the international winner of $250,000. He wanted to send documents to my email (I have NOT received any documents yet). I told him to send me the documents via "snail mail". He said he would.
