The phone number that he called from was 202-474-0021 and Tom Miller called me 786-405-9868 and a package number of 55767528. Tom Miller told me to get another card for $299.00 and that he was a sheriff in Louisville, his badge number was 80876GY-USA. I decided to call the BBB to see if there was still a PCH in existence.
