Hello, I’d like to file a complaint of a fraudulent company, Swift Cargo World, that alleges itself to be an agency that assists in transporting animals from the seller’s state to the buyer’s state. I made a separate purchase from an alleged breeder, Maria’s Pomeranian (MP), of a fake puppy that I was sold to. MP uses this so called agency to help transport their dogs to new pet owners that live far away from the sellers. I received 3 emails confirming that a puppy from MP was to be transported to my address with this fake tracking number: SCW20251213917. I got in contact with Tony from Swift Cargo World via WhatsApp who I would correspond with in regards to my package/new pet. They charged me $700 for the crate rental and other miscellaneous charges. I was instructed to use Apple Pay Cash to pay them the $700. Once they received my payment, they then brought up that I would need to pay them an additional $1000 as “insurance.” I unfortunately attempted to transfer $1000 via PayPal but the transaction was canceled by PayPal for possible scam. They then instructed me to use Zelle and I said no. They then instructed me to use Apple Pay Cash to pay for the “insurance.” I finally said no and demanded my $700 back.
