On 11-15-2025, ** **** * ******* *** received a piece of mail from a local (Denver) business wanting to sell me a labor law poster for a new business at my home/residential address. The mail piece contained a Colorado business license number of #20258229289, for the new busines. I queried the Colorado Secretary of State Business Database and discovered that on 11-10-2025, a business was incorporated, which fraudulently used my home address. ******* **** * ******* **** *** ** ***** ***** * *******, are the sole owners/occupants of our home at **** * ***** *** ********** *** *****. The fraudulent business is Breezewen Inc. The registered agent's street address is listed as 210 W. Carr St., Cripple Creek, CO. 80813 The name of the incorporator is, Suwen Zhang. Just to clarify, Suwen Zhang, obtained a business license in Colorado, fraudulently using my home address as the business address. The business license number for the fraudulent business is #20258229289. I filed a complaint with the Colorado Secretary of State office. Please contact me if additional information is needed.
