202-818-8679 202.818.8679 Guy called saying he’s John Martin at the DEA and I’m being charged with ordering illegal narcotics through an online pharmacy and they intercepted a package delivered to my address and I need to get an attorney and they’ll see me in court. Ummm so an online pharmacy decided to send me Vicodin without me ordering or paying? Where is this pharmacy and how do I make an actual order! I call back and it says to press <number> to speak to Agent John Martin, Agent Christopher Tersigni and Agent Geoffrey Berman. Although I’m pretty sure Geoffrey Berman is a US attorney in NY. The first time I called back got some hoarse broad telling me “I ain’t got no information! Call tomorrow!” Second time I call back (as my lawyer) on “Geoffrey Bermans” extension, same guy with the same accent who originally called me picks up and tells me “you need to talk to the agent on your case! Call back tomorrow!” Now the “agent” on my case only goes to voicemail.
