Based on our most recent review, it looks like we may be able to approve and renew your line of credit. Around $156,000. You can log into your loan portal anytime to complete the closing documents." Of course, there has been no prior interaction with this person or company, they seem to be trying to persuade people to call by making it sound like someone has a loan application in their name.
