My company received a letter from “VertPro Office of Energy Compliance” threatening penalties of up to $7,500,000 per building if we are not compliant by April 1, 2026. The letter instructs us to register at BPS.VertPro.com or call 206-202-3822 to ensure our portfolio’s DC BEPS compliance. I did not proceed with the registration, but I assume it would require payment of a fee.
