My washer gave out, I went online and decided to call Pro Works. I wasn't home but my adult son was there to make sure he could see the washer. He was there for 30 mins, he called and said that the problem was my drain pump. I need a part and he could fix it, it would cost me $407.00 dollars. He asked for $200.00 and the rest would be collected upon the fix. That he would return the next day with the part. The next day, the part didn't show up, second; the part came but it was damaged (won't know he never shared a photo of the part or how it was damaged) week later; the part is here and I'm going to pick it up and then call you when I'm on my way. He never called. I ended up having to text him to asking for an update and no response. It's 6 pm and at off hours of and still no response until I cancelled the service and mentioned I was reporting his business for lack of professionalism. And won't you know it he called me from a number I don't recall him using before 206.372.4856 and left this message. "Sorry I am on my way and I've been having a hard time getting a info I dropped my wallet and my phone in the washer but the water and then it wasn't. I was having no time. I am on the way right now. Just wanted to confirm with you so we can install the part for you.
