Said they could refinance us and emailed contract that said approved. After sent money to start process could not contact anymore. He said his name is Thomas Church and that he was Sr. Mortgage Advisor. NMLS# 2700285. The original person that contacted us said his name was John and his phone number was 1-213-330-9670. Said he was sending our info to Thomas. Neither answer phone now. Its been since first week of March 2026.
