I went to this web site looking for help with having 2 emails in microsoft365, they gained access to my laptop, wanted my bank information, in order to help me so they can take microsoft365, but then give me 250.00 back, red flag, they shut off my antivirus, but i turned it back on. Then my antivirus went nuts, so i started to block their access, he then tried to say i was being hacked, look, showed me a notepad of different places, said they were hackers, They added these programs : AnyDesk& Ultra Viewer, tried to tell me that my microsoft365 had been hacked, my anti virus started going off, he come up with a excuse, still trying to get my bank info, saying i was wasting his time, in order to fix the rmail problem he needed my bank info and if i wasnt going to give it to him he couldnt help and if i got hacked it wasnt his fault, microsoft, dont call that number. Its fake. I had to change my router settings, and passwords. Not sure how much information they got, but Im changing all passwords and to microsoft. Just beware of this web site, scammers or hackers, is what they are. I ended up ending the call, told them i was reporting them. Lots of red flags here. The phone number showed as spam this number too, 1-213-567-9974, said his name was Alvin Parker, Alvin 1973, they also add these programs and ask you for the number you see in this program. Told them i was turning them in. [BBB Scam Type: Other] [Business: Microsoft Learn] [Location: OH, USA - 44707]
