Submitted request 11/17 online for free quote, called # from email to set up appointment for 11/21. Guy came out, quoted 800 for new belt drive garage opener with outside access panel, automatic light, sensors and inside waslll opener. I said that was too much and would wait. He said he’d call the ofc to see about a lower price. He did, came back with $500 price plus tax. I agreed. He installed the new opener. When he finishe and I’d paid, I noticed there was no outside access panel. Was told “this model doesn’t have an outside access panel” I stated that’s what I paid for. Went back and forth. I eventually just gave up because of my leg pai. I figured I’d deal with it late. I’m handicapped and use a walker. I’m not able to stand for long periods of time. Later that afternoon opened the garage door to fine the open light didn’t go on, the sensors did not work properly and theold chain drive/opener were pushed back in the garage and not taken for disposal. Left a msg for ofc that day. Have called every day since and have been told they would call e back with a time to come fix problems. A week ago I received call from tech who said he’d call back after talking to boss. Have received 2 calls where caller let phone ring once then hung up.
