Ordered Premium Collagen for pets. Found the ad on Facebook. Questioned if was real. I searched for a company Healthy Petz o line & located it. Felt more assured it was legit. Placed an order for 5 bottles of Premium Collagen & a subscription for delivery every 3 months on subscription #23635886423 all dated 3/12/26. Received a confirmation email for order # 52908. I have emailed them 3 times now with no response regarding order tracking and delivery. No response & I have never received the order.
