The ad was on Facebook. I ordered through their website. Boots. Never received. There was a tracking number given but the tracking number did not work and there is no such company for the tracking number that I could find. My purchase was on May 16, 2024. Order calleur240515124804342. I received an email that my order had been shipped and the tracking number was LCWL20258501YQ Courier: other, 4 pairs of boots, Brown Cross and Wings Square Toe 8 Brown Medium, Goat with Snake Inlay, 8 Black Medium, Glittered Delicate Floral Vine Square Toe 8 Medium, and Grey Glittered Delicate Floral Vine 8 Gray Medium, DC70. When you click on view your order (the day after ordering and even today) it says you can't reach this page, when you click on view our store (today) it says you can't reach this page. I am very frustrated over this and no longer trust Facebook to order anything even though Facebook seems to be a legit company.
