The letter states "You have won a jackpot amount, $1,800,000 (Onne Million, Eight Hundred Thousand USD). Your name was among the lucky winners of a group jackpot prize sharing $43,200,000 (Forty-three Million, Two Hundred Thousand USD). You were notified of these winnings months back buth the lottery commission did not receive and formal application to claim this funds." The letter further instructed me to call John Bailey, one of their Claims Processing Agents, at phone number 1-253-216-3797. Be sure to give the claim agent your claim number. At the bottom of the letter was a congratulations, and a signature claiming to be Joann Sooke, Settlements Department. I received a letter on 3/6/2026 from Emerald Settlements Corporation stating that they had unclaimed winnings from the 'group jackpot' in my name. It was related to gas rebates, Publishers Clearing House, and Reader's Digest. The amount of my winnings is $1.8 million out of $43 million for the group. I was instructed to call John Bailey. claims processing agent, at 253-216-3797. My claim number is JHA-US7397. I did not call.
