Someone hacked into my Wal-Mart account and purchased 21 $50 e-gift cards sent to a [email protected] . I filed 2 separate claims with Chase bank and both were denied saying in their investigation it was determined that the transactions were done on my Wal-Mart account. I stated yes it did, because someone got into my account. Chase again advised they could not help me that I needed to contact Wal-Mart for my money back. I then called Wal-Mart and told them what happened and they advised because it was a digital transaction and recipient I could not be refunded. I received a call from the executive office of Chase and they will investigate this complaint again. The case number of that is ECW260417-01458. I filed a complaint with the FTC also and that report number 200527323. [BBB Scam Type: Other] [Business: Unknown] [Location: Gray, LA, USA - 70359]
