Justin Romano said he has been trying to reach me over the past few days to "finalize my request and go over the steps with you". He said I could log into my loan portal to complete closing documents. He has called from many different numbers like 205-697-8866 or 270-446-3387 or 270-453-8846 and he always asks me to call this number back 866-959-1188. I looked that number up and it led me here.
