I ordered Rejuvacare shoulder massager cost on Feb 22,12026 $59.99 plus 9.99 so expedited delivery I was told it would take about 10 days for delivery. So, I waited I tried calling 302 261 9613 on 2/27/26 no help called again on 3/1 that person again no help called again on 3/6 that person supposedly gave me a credit of $9.99 because we still have not received the product ok find. On 3/11 a credit of 4.95 credit showed up on my credit along with a charge of 42.95. This was done without my knowledge no phone call, nothing THERE WAS NO REASON FOR THIS!!!! THIS IS FRAUD !!!! AS SOON AS I NOTICED THAT I CALLED AGAIN TOLD THEM TO CANCELL THE WHOLE ORDER i WANT A FULL REFUND $59.99 + $42.95 AND THE BALANCE OF 59.99 and 5.00 FOR THE EXPIDITED DELIVERY WHICH THEY DID NOT GIVE ME. complete total of 59.99 + 5.00 + 42.95 = $107.00.
