I placed the order online with the company Jennifer & John /Charleston. The package was shipped from China via YunExpress it arrived after 10 days. I am trying to return the two item & get my money back. I am not hopeful. I called a Delaware phone number (302-760-9909) which had a voice mail message that stated to "email them" at "info@(wo)jenniferjohncharleston.com" with help with your order. However does not work. I was scammed for sure & can not get my money back. Hopefully this will alert others. Company listed as WHOPJenniferJohnWHOP.com on my bank statement. Payment went through & has been taken. This company ships clothing that is not the same as the advertised product online. The company is based out of China, but their listed physical address is in Delaware. The company will only refund 10% if you choose to return the product, and will not let you ship to their Delaware address. You must ship back to an address in China and pay for shipping. The cost for me to ship would be more than double the cost of the items I purchased. You are only made aware of this after you initiate a return.
