Snapchat is having this new update to where they are now giving people 12 months (1 year) to get their snapchat memoires out of their app before they start deleting and charging for people to keep them, they have a phone number that is a voicemail and it's full when you call (310-399-3339) , when you report an bug in the snapchat app they will respond under the email ( [email protected] ) under the name "Team napchat", once you decide to respond to the email without you knowing they will place an auto-send for your response to go to a totally different email which is terribly long with all kinds of numbers, letters, plus sign, and dashes, and the email doesn't even look legit but you don't notice because it's under the same name "Team Snapchat" , either way they will respond to your first report and then their response will come to your email and the response will be very generic and bot like response that will not answer your question at all and then after you respond to that email they will not respond back, that goes for the email they email you from and the scam email, both emails seem like scams because they are not properly responding and unprofessionally not responding. I find it weird they are arranging this new update to make us pay for memories that have been free for years and seems like they plan to follow through with it and they ARE giving us the option to get our memories out of the app but purposely not helping and purposely making that whole data download difficult just so we can not get our memories and try to force us into paying. It's not worth is, can't afford it, and they need to help with this data download.
