I can’t get anyone to answer my emails. The supposed delivery co was uniuni. Who claimed they delivered ( we were home and use ring cameras) no delivery. Their photos were of some one’s porch with a flat package on stoop( they come in square 5x5 boxes and I had three) plus they googled a pic of my house from when it was first built three years ago as proof. I have dated proof of our home now! I put a complaint in with both carrier and boxbollen. Zero response. Oh number for carrier has fast busy signal once you select to talk to agent. 315-533-4690.
