On April 4, 2026, I placed an order through a link associated with Facebook for shoes for my two daughters. At the time of purchase, the website appeared legitimate based on available reviews. However, since completing the transaction, I have not received any shipping confirmation, tracking number, or delivery updates. Attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful beyond limited email communication. The business does not provide a working phone number or verifiable business address. I was contacted by an individual identifying herself as “Sarah,” who stated that I would receive a full refund. As of today, April 19, 2026, no refund has been issued, and further communication has ceased. For context, I made other purchases on the same day from established retailers, all of which were successfully delivered. This further raises concern that GoKicks is not operating as a legitimate business. I am a single mother, and this financial loss has placed a significant strain on my household. I am requesting the following: 1. A formal investigation into GoKicks and its business practices 2. Assistance in recovering the funds paid for undelivered merchandise 3. Public awareness to help prevent others from being similarly affected I am prepared to provide supporting documentation, including proof of purchase, email correspondence, and payment records, upon request.
