RCI has contacted several times over the last few months my phone number as well as my father's number offering special vacation packages for highly discounted rates due to my father's taking many Cruise vacations over the last 10 years. The person named Steven who has a cell phone number 321-946-1657 , claiming to work for RCI offered these vacation discounted deals and asked for payment information to keep on file and would send a DocuSign. But said that I would just give the payment information then he would send the DocuSign I would read it and sign it then they would charge the card. So I gave my card information but I had my card locked on my bank app. (Steven had told me he only needed payment information on file and they would not charge the card until after I signed the DocuSign and it got in the vouchers for the travel). I insisted to Stephen that I would have to call him back cuz I had an important call to make he didn't want to wait but he said okay you can call back, gave me his personal number. I then called my bank and found out that he had attempted to charge the $454 six times even though he had said they would not charge it until after I signed that DocuSign which was never sent.
