He received 12 bottles, in a plastic bag, dropped at the bottom of the stairs, one bottle leaking. He cleaned the bottle off, repacked the 12 bottles in a proper cardboard box securely and returned it to the Tallmadge, OH 44278 address provided on the websites. Links to see if the product was received do not work, we sent it from our yahoo account. The tracking # for the USPS is: ******************** **, we called the phone number 323-388-4197 twice, a California # and were told if we sent the email we needed to wait for someone to contact us. Then we were hung up on twice. Our Bank tried to file a claim with FDIC, but found it was a "Scam" and we are at the mercy of the "fake company" to get our $630.16 back.
