Ordered orthopedic shoes. Shoes were shipped from China aand were the most uncomfortable shoes ever. When I emailed regarding a return, they emailed saying the would get back to me in 1-2 days. It has been 8 days and no reply. I ordered a pair of Hike shoes on the Internet. They arrived 9 days later. When I examined them, then tried the right shoe on my foot, I noticed they were not going to be sturdy or long-wearing, as the fabric is thin & the toe is not covered enough. In seeking to return & secure a refund, they are using a company named GOFO, & charging $49.95 for this service! (The shoe cost was $74.81) Further, their phone no. (332-334-6932) is ‘not active.’ There is no way to reach customer service w/o being given the website to the GOFO. I am concluding that this is a scam! It seems to me that this is a scam.
