Scammers are calling inmates family saying the inmate could be released on ankle bracelet program through SCRAM (which is a legit program but through these scammers). They are using the names of Deputy Singleton and Deputy Hodgkins. They explain the program in detail and give two options for release. Option A - The inmate cannot leave the residence which cost $846.00, Option B - The inmate can leave with a curfew. Then after the initial amount there are classes that the inmate has to take that is $500/class. They ask to Apple Pay or Zelle payments to an Erica Carr with phone number of (404-427-8756).
