I received a voicemail from 404-470-9224: This is an urgent message for my name regarding legal documents to the residents and reference number **-********. My name is Jessica Fuentes and I’m contacting you in regards to a complaint that has been forwarded to our office registered against you. Should you wish to discuss pending actions that may be filed you should contact the firm in control of this matter at 877-364-7029. Failure to respond may result in the department proceeding without your consent. I called 877-364-7029. Craig answered the phone and told me that this was LPS, a third party company. I told him that I received a voicemail from Jessica Fuentes and he proceeded to ask for the control number. I gave him the number and he again told me that this was a third party firm and that I would have to call the law firm that contracted them at 877-364-7029 and I told him that this is the number that I called and he said to call it back and he would let the law firm know. I called 877-364-7029 back and this time Emily answered. I gave her the control number and she proceeded to tell me that it was in regards to Net Loan taking out April, 2019 for $1,180.94 and if legal paperwork is filed and attorney fees, the amount will be $3,132.22. I told her that I didn’t take out a loan and never received anything in the mail from Net Loan. I asked her again for the law firm and she kept talking and became very rude and agitated and told me to stop talking. I hung up. I couldn’t get the name of the law firm.
