The Business contacted **** ******** The business identified themselves as "County Assets" and "Keystone Recovery Group". An unknown male advised Reba that the company was going to come remove her truck, due to her husband, ***** ******** had an outstanding overdue account. The male advised that Reba's name was on the credit card account. The phone number that contacted her was 405-561-0624. I contacted the phone number and the male advised that Reba needs to contact a personal attorney and that it was a civil matter and he refused to provide any additional information. I contacted the above listed phone number again, and a female picked up and advised that she works for "County Assets" and that the corporate office is located at "8th De Grande St Dover, Delaware 19901". I contacted **** again and she advised that the same phone number called her again and advised that they had lied to her regarding the credit card being in her name and that her ex-husband, Homer Purcell had put her phone number down as an emergency contact. The credit card is not in her name, but they are trying to locate ***** for the outstanding balance. The male party when he first contacted Reba was cussing at her, telling her "you need to get your shit out of the truck and we're coming to get it". The business threatened to remove Reba's personal property and lied about a credit card being in her name. The business is illegitimate and using scare tactics to locate individual's who have an outstanding account with Visa.
