I was browsing the internet and came across this website called www.Elivue.com. It runs the special promotions product for the 250th Anniversary on its website. The products looked great and I really like the logo engraved on the shirt, therefore I was hooked and made the purchase for 10 Polo Shirts for myself and family members in the total of $179.28 for 2 separated transactions and I just noticed from checking my credit card statement, they just charged another transaction to my card still on pending. A few days later, I received the e-mail notification and it said my items were delivered, but they never arrive. So, I sent two separated e-mails ( [email protected] and [email protected] ) to their customer support to ask for the orders status and there was no response. Next, I started calling their customer support using the phone number that they listed on its website (406) 530-9856? and the line kept busying. I had been tried several times in different hours throughout the day and the line still busying. So, I noticed there was something very suspicious about this business telephone number. Therefore, I started Googling the phone number and I ended up on BBB Scam Tracker. I really appreciate the BBB has the scam tracker tool available for the consumer like us to report and fight against the scammer.
