I have received multiple phone calls/voicemails from this number. The first voicemail on 11/24/25 at 3:46pm stated they were with county process serving division and that they had legal documents being served to me at my home and place of employment the next business day between the hours of 11:30am & 2:30 pm that required signature upon delivery. If no one was available over the age of 18 or if I wished to redirect service away from my employer it was imperative that I call Rosen and associates at 415-363-6069 and refer case number xxxx failure to respond does not alleviate you from your legal responsibility or release you from any legal action that is currently being taken against you this call is being logged today and will satisfy the courts requirement of notification. I then received another voicemail on 12/11/25 from 1-888-510-0084 stating that I was ordered for a preliminary hearing this morning at 8am as you have failed to comply with your hearing or provide written response to the complaint attached to my social security number.
