I saw some really pretty bird feeders on Pinterest. If you ordered three it was free shipping so I ordered them. I immediately got confirmation that my order was processed. A few weeks later I got a notification with tracking update. When you click the tracking it’s all in Chinese. When you go to the website that says 100% guaranteed and 24 hours chat, the email doesn’t work and the chat line is not an active link. My VISA was changed $78.42; I have received nothing and it’s been over a month. I can not reach anyone. This is the information that they provide at the end of the email: Need help? Please contact us: [email protected] Today in Pinterest, the same unique bird feeder is being sold from Lanopal out of Hong Kong using the same platform, same pictures and same deal.
