A message from 432-316-2228 was left looking for my husband concerning a "civil suit saying I was listed as a point of contact on his court documents. Saying they will be servicing out of Midland County today to issue out a notice of action to him. This is gonna be in connection to the property investigation where he was name in a civil suit. We have been retained by Blackwell Legal Group to get those documents to him. This notice it gonna request his appearance at a court hearing concerning the potential lien order for the residents at 'our home address'. If further detail are needed on the case or the change its active service status he may contact the firm directly at 833-306-2073 and reference case number 26-003670. Tailing to get in contact will be documented as a willful evasion of service. This correspondence will also serve as a formal documentation for litigation."
