I saw the advertisement on Facebook and it sounded like a product I could use for memory. I filled out the application and tried to use my visa credit card to pay for the order. I had trouble processing the order and then I decided to cancel because the transaction wouldn’t go through. So I tried to contact them with no success. When I looked at my statement I saw that I was charged for 6 jars @ $294.00 A week later I received a box 6 jars of the powdered product no description no receipt no explanation as to how it should be taken etc. it was a scam I believe and I would like to return this product and I would like a full refund of my money as I did try to cancel it and with no success. My phone number is 440-310-3500 thank you Sandra Premura month supply I believe which was $294. again I tried to cancel the order it didn’t officially say that it processed but it did show up later on my Visa card. Addendum I did receive the six jars of this powder with no explanation no instructions no return address and I want to return these jars of the product and get a full refund of my money. As I am retired and cannot afford this product and it looks very unsafe and clinically probably not what it’s claimed to be. Thank you.
