I am submitting this complaint regarding repeated and unwanted telemarketing/robocalls that I have been receiving daily for approximately four months. The caller identifies herself as “Liliana Castillo with the Special Resolution Unit.” The calls occur at roughly the same time each day. The phone number displayed changes every time, which prevents me from blocking the caller. I have requested to be added to the company’s Do Not Call list at least twenty times. I have also followed the automated prompts to be removed from their calling list. Despite these efforts, the calls continue. I have clearly and repeatedly requested removal from their call list, yet the calls persist. This situation has become disruptive and harassing. I am requesting that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to stop these repeated unsolicited calls.
