This 'company' called from a few numbers. On 12/15/2025 they called me from #469-242-9957. This person stated that I had a 'breach of contract' of not paying a debt. They stated it was from a creditor HSBC bank in the amount of 8,958.12. Then sent a Signwell form to my email address to 'settle' for 5,374.87. The Signwell doc states this is pursuit of legal judgement and that they can take me to court for assets if I do not respond/sign doc. It states there is a "Civil judgement being filed against you" The doc says "Case assigned to:Mark Morgan and Associates" On the bottom left of the form it has: "Mark Hamilton Mitigation Specialist MM&AssociatesLLC 888-845-1347" They stated on phone they mailed information. I never received this. They stated an incorrect birthday at first and a different name of who this was for. But they also had my personal information as well. Including my social, and 2 past addresses. As the photos and emails I have from this scammer contain my personal information, I won't upload here. I have no outstanding debts from what they are inferring. This is a complete scam and lie. This causes great mental distress. I did not sign the signwell form and I blocked the sender.
