A person named Shayla first called my husband to serve me papers on a legal matter. Shayla then called me and gave me a case number, phone number to call and said that she wanted to set up a time to serve me papers. I called the phone number (1-877-410-2135, I did not get the women's name), she told me my debt was from several years ago from US Cellular. I was told that I should have been served papers and had other phone calls before it had gone this far. Then she told me that if I was served papers I would need to pay $3,132.22 and if I could pay today it would be $1,296.58 and if I couldn't pay it all today she could possibly get it approved to have me make payments. She said that I was approved to make payments. She then asked for my email address to send me paper work. She told me I'd have to make the first payment today through A and A Law Firm. I did not give her my bank info before hanging up.
