I called for service on my gas fireplace. Certified Homes Services dba The Gentle Scrubbers dba Eden Spivak, came to my house and told me that the gas logs and igniter needed to be replaced and they needed a deposit to order the log and igniter. I used my debit card on 1/28/2026 for $1367.58. No one has returned to do the installation or brought any materials. I have tried multiple times to call 470-480-0288 and 678-203-1778 with no call back.
